You may notice that some features are temporarily unavailable or differ from what other users see. This is usually normal and may be due to the following reasons:
1. Beta or Gradual Testing
Some new features are released to a limited group of users for stability and usability testing before full rollout.
2. Regional Differences
Due to compliance requirements, network conditions, or product strategy, certain features may be released in specific countries or regions first.
Your region may not yet have access.
3. Outdated App Version
If you are not using the latest version of HaloChat, some features may not appear or function properly.
Please update via:
- Google Play
- Apple App Store
4. Device or System Limitations
Some features may launch first on specific operating systems or device types.
For example:
- iOS and Android releases may not occur simultaneously.
5. Phased Feature Rollout
To ensure overall platform stability, HaloChat may release features gradually.
Full availability may require waiting until rollout is complete.
Please Note:
- Currently, HaloChat does not support disabling newly launched features.
- Users cannot switch back to previous interface versions.
- Feature layout and entry points are system-configured and cannot be customized.
