- Same OS device: If you move to a device with the same operating system (Android → Android, iOS → iOS) and have enabled automatic Backup and Sync, your account and wallet data will remain intact.
- Without Backup and Sync: Contacts or wallet data may be inconsistent.
- Cross-OS migration: HaloChat currently does not support Android ↔ iOS account continuity. Cross-platform login will be available in future updates.
