HaloChat stores backup data in your personal cloud. If your cloud storage is full, new backup data cannot be written, triggering this message.
Please check your available cloud storage, delete unnecessary files, or expand your storage capacity before attempting backup and sync again. Adequate cloud storage ensures the security and continuity of your encrypted chat, wallet, and contact data across multiple devices.
For Google Drive, open Google Drive and go to the Storage section to see which files are taking up the most space. Delete unnecessary files, large attachments, or old backups. After deleting items, make sure to empty the Trash to permanently release the storage space.
For iCloud, open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your Apple ID, then go to iCloud → Manage Storage. Review items that use a large amount of storage, such as Backups, Photos, or Files, and remove content you no longer need. After deletion, check the Recently Deleted folder and clear it to ensure the space is fully released.
After freeing up space, return to the app and try the operation again. If the storage remains full, you may need to remove additional files or consider upgrading your cloud storage plan.
