HaloChat Backup and Sync relies on active cloud storage authorization. If your authorization expires, is revoked by the system, or you manually cancel it, backup and sync functions will stop.
To restore normal backup and sync functionality, re-authorize your cloud storage in settings. Maintaining valid cloud authorization ensures secure, encrypted multi-device synchronization of your account, contacts, and wallet.
