Android Devices
- Go to System Settings → Apps → HaloChat → Notifications.
- Enable all relevant notification options, including:
- Lock screen notifications
- Banner notifications
- Status bar alerts
iOS Devices
- Go to Settings → Notifications → HaloChat.
- Enable Allow Notifications.
- Choose notification styles such as:
- Banners
- Sounds
- Badge notifications
Web Version
- Visit the HaloChat website in your browser.
- Allow browser notifications when prompted.
- Ensure the browser is not muted and notification blocking is disabled.
After enabling notifications, HaloChat will send system or browser alerts whenever new messages arrive, helping you stay updated and avoid missing important conversations.
