If you are unable to record voice messages in HaloChat, the issue may be caused by:

  • Microphone permission not enabled: HaloChat requires access to your device’s microphone.
  • Unstable network: Network interruptions may prevent voice message recording or uploading.
  • System or application malfunction: Device hardware issues, system compatibility problems, or application errors may affect recording functionality.
  • Insufficient storage: If your device storage is full, recorded audio cannot be saved.

Please verify microphone permissions, network stability, and available storage. Restart the application or device if necessary. If the issue remains unresolved, contact HaloChat support.
