• Insufficient device storage: If your device storage is full, HaloChat may not be able to cache or process the file for sending.
• Permission issues: File access or storage permissions may not be granted to HaloChat.
• File abnormalities: The file may be corrupted, currently in use by another application, or not properly recognized by the system.
• Background restrictions: Some operating systems limit background data transmission, which may interrupt large file uploads.

Before sending large files, ensure:

• A stable network connection
• Sufficient device storage
• Necessary file permissions are enabled

If issues continue, try switching networks or restarting the application.
