If you receive a failure notification when saving images or videos in HaloChat, it is usually caused by one of the following reasons:

  • Insufficient permissions: HaloChat has not been granted access to your device’s photo library, storage, or file system.
  • Insufficient storage space: Your device does not have enough available storage to save the file.
  • Group or chat restrictions: Certain groups may enable security settings that prevent content from being saved.
  • System limitations: Your device system or browser may restrict download behavior.

It is recommended to check your network status, verify storage permissions, and ensure sufficient storage space before attempting to save again.
