Call drops may occur due to:

  • Network instability: weak Wi-Fi or mobile signals
  • System interruptions: incoming calls, notifications, or other apps using audio
  • Device limitations: low performance or app conflicts
  • Account/permission issues: restrictions on voice/video calls

Solution: switch to a stable network, verify microphone/camera permissions, update HaloChat, and contact support if needed.
