If automatic backup is enabled and you log in with the original account authorization, your wallet and assets will remain available.

Different Operating Systems

Currently, HaloChat does not support automatic cross-system synchronization. Wallets must be manually added again.

If Cloud Backup Data Was Deleted

Wallet information cannot be restored. You must:

  • Register a new HaloChat account
  • Manually add wallets again

It is recommended to keep automatic backup enabled to ensure secure multi-device wallet synchronization.
